This Warranty Policy describes the services you will receive in the event of a warranty claim. Due to the different warranty period of different models, please refer to the following to know the warranty period of each part of each product. If a warranty-related issue arises with your Mankeel product, you must retain the original purchase receipt, your limited warranty and eligible warranty claims to ensure your warranty eligibility.
The warranty policy for each component of electric scooters and electric bicycles is as follows.
1) Hardware parts warranty period is 1 year (frame/stem/fork/rear fork/cross handlebar/forehead/brake/brake pads/brake cable/foot brace/shifting finger paddles/rear derailleur/front derailleur/flywheel/cranks/positioning baskets/chain and other hardware parts)
2.6 months warranty for major electronic components (battery/motor/controller/instrumentation/charger)
Warranty period for minor electronic control parts is 3 months (headlight/tail light/ambient light/e-brake/charging port/assembly wire/switch lock assembly)
3. Warranty period for perishable parts is no feedback within 7 days of receipt confirmation without warranty (switch key/handle cover/tires/pedal leather/basket/cushion/front and rear fenders/decorative parts/reflectors and other plastic and silicone parts)
Warranty Policy
Warranty is excluded in the following cases
1. Can not provide proof of purchase or proof of purchase
2. The product exceeds the warranty period
3. The user does not follow the requirements of the product instruction manual use, maintenance and adjustment caused by the
